Rate:

$149.00 per night + tax  and cleaning fee (2 nights min.)

Weekly Rate:

$125.00 per night + tax  and cleaning fee

Cleaning fee $75.00, damage deposit $300.00, 9%. Tax as req. by City of Bend,OR.
50% required at reservation, balance at 30 days prior to occupancy.
