What is the cancellation policy?

Because we only have one home, full payment is required to book and there is a strict NO REFUND policy.  Please be sure that your dates and arrangements are made before booking with us.  We are the owner of this home,  and  we like  keep it simple and straight forward so you can better enjoy your stay!

What are the check out and check in times?
Check out- 11AM     Check in- 4PM
 
What are the maximum number occupants allowed?  
   4  - City of Bend Ordinance
Is there a maximum period for which home may be rented?  
No limit.  Please inquire about longer-term rentals.

Is there a Security Deposit required? 

The guest agrees that their credit card will be charged within 10 day of checkout for any damage to the property above and beyond normal use and/or missing properties. 
Is Food Included?

No, food is not included.  There is a full size supermarket Newport avenue Market on Newport Ave directly south of the home.  The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishware for cooking, preparing and eating.  The appliances provided are: refrigerator/freezer , four burner Decor range, mircrowave, coffee maker.  Any food left by previous visitors may be used at your own risk.
